Refund Process

Payment Gateway Refunds

For online payments made through the Payable payment gateway, refunds will be credited back to the same payment method used for the original transaction. Rebel Shoes & Bags is not responsible for delays caused by banks or third-party payment providers.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if the wrong product was delivered. If you need an exchange, please contact us with your order details and product images for verification.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an incorrect or defective item delivered by us. Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
